FIRST-CLASS GUIDE
Booking Your Free Trial and Finding Your Confirmation
Choose the correct academy, finish your Spark appointment and find the confirmation email.
Book a free trial classStart with the academy you intend to visit
Forest Hills, Brewster and Striking 101 Brooklyn have separate calendars. Begin with the local academy, then choose a program. Your first trial class is free; separately priced specialty sessions keep their stated terms. Check the academy name before entering your details so your appointment is made with the right team.
Choose the right program and age group
Forest Hills and Brewster offer children’s introductory calendars for ages 4–8 and kids’ calendars for ages 9–12. Bushwick’s children’s calendar is for ages 4–8, with a separate 9–12 group. In Bushwick, ages 13+ can select Boxing, Dutch Kickboxing or Muay Thai as separate choices in the program menu.
Finish the appointment, not just the contact form
Saving your contact details is one step in arranging a visit. Select an available date and time, check the participant information and complete the final BOOK IT step. Look for the appointment-confirmed message. The dates shown are introductory appointments, not a full timetable for existing members.
Check the confirmation email
Look for an email containing the appointment date and time and the academy you selected. If it is not in your inbox, check spam and search for Striking 101 or the academy name. Confirm that you entered the email address correctly. Contact the academy before submitting again so the team can check whether an appointment already exists.
If your plans change
Contact the academy using its local phone number or reply through the contact method supplied in your confirmation. Ask about rescheduling or canceling the appointment. Do not assume that closing the calendar, deleting the email or restarting the form cancels a booking. The team can also help if the calendar shows no suitable appointments.
