A parent or guardian should arrange the visit. Share your child’s age and needs with the local academy; our age pathways are children 4–8, kids 9–12, teens 13–17 and adults 18+. Confirm suitable class placement with the academy.

Discuss fitness, confidence, self-defense or competition goals with your instructor. Ask which training group is appropriate for your interests.
