SMALL STEPS. REAL CONFIDENCE.

Confidence through practice

A new movement can feel difficult at first. Learning it one step at a time gives children a concrete reason to say, “I can do this.” The goal is confidence earned through effort, rather than comparison with other children.

Listening and self-control

Following instructions, waiting for a turn and stopping on a coach’s cue give young students repeated opportunities to practice attention and control. Those habits matter both on and off the mat.

Coordination and connection

Stances, footwork and basic martial arts movements challenge balance and body awareness. Learning alongside other children also creates opportunities to cooperate, show respect and make friends.

WHY STRIKING 101?

Meet the coaches, see the academy and discuss your child’s needs before choosing a class.

Training gives children regular opportunities to practice effort, cooperation and healthy movement.

Regular physical activity supports children’s fitness and brain health; specific academic or behavior changes are not guaranteed.
