WHAT YOU WILL PRACTICE

BUILD YOUR BOXING FUNDAMENTALS.

Boxing starts with stance, balance and a guard that lets you move and defend. Footwork helps you manage distance; jabs, crosses and hooks build your punching vocabulary. Good combinations connect those punches with movement rather than leaving you planted in front of a partner.

Pad and bag work let you practice timing and combinations. Competition is a separate goal: tell your instructor whether you want fitness, technical development or a path toward the fight team.
