WHAT YOU WILL PRACTICE
CONNECT YOUR HANDS AND KICKS.
Dutch kickboxing links boxing combinations with kicks. Instead of treating punches and kicks as separate skills, you learn how distance, stance and weight transfer connect them. Defensive reactions and returning to a balanced guard are part of that foundation.
Compare Dutch kickboxing with boxing if you want to focus on hand strikes, or with Muay Thai if you want to explore knees, elbows and clinch work. Choose the discipline that fits the skills you want to develop.
