WHAT YOU WILL PRACTICE

UNDERSTAND MUAY THAI FUNDAMENTALS.

Muay Thai brings punches, kicks, knees and elbows together with clinch fundamentals. Balance and distance matter: a technique that works at kicking range differs from one used close to a partner. Learning how to move between those ranges is part of understanding the discipline.

Muay Thai and Dutch kickboxing share striking skills, but their technical emphasis differs. Boxing concentrates on punches; submission grappling focuses on ground positions and submissions. Explore the training options before choosing your first class.
