Striking skills within children’s martial arts
Boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai are taught within the regular children’s martial arts classes at Brewster. These are part of the children’s martial arts program rather than separate children’s discipline classes. Ask the academy about the lesson format for your child’s age and experience.
Brewster teaches wrestling within Submission Grappling for children and adults. Confirm its appropriate group directly with the academy; the general children’s martial arts age bands do not establish wrestling eligibility.
