Striking skills within children’s martial arts
Boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai are taught within the regular children’s martial arts classes at Forest Hills. These are part of the children’s martial arts program rather than separate children’s discipline classes. Ask the academy about the lesson format for your child’s age and experience.

What does the trial cost?
One trial class is free. Select an introductory appointment using the booking button. Membership options can be discussed with the academy after you have explored the training.

How do I know my booking is complete?
