For training centered on punches, explore boxing. For training that includes punches and kicks, explore Dutch kickboxing or Muay Thai. For grappling, explore wrestling or submission grappling. Our MMA program combines striking and grappling. Each program has its own curriculum; these are alternatives to karate and taekwondo, not interchangeable versions of those arts.

Strength and conditioning is an additional training option.

Martial arts for your child

Our children’s program serves ages 4–8, and our kids’ program serves ages 9–12. Explore the appropriate age group and speak with our team about your child’s experience and goals. If you are looking for preschool classes, please note that our published children’s age range starts at 4. Contact us about suitability rather than assuming eligibility for a younger child.
